Olivia Cavlan

Dr Olivia Cavlan, MBChB is a biotech builder and former clinician scientist. She is a founding team member and Chief Corporate Development and Strategy Officer at Alchemab Therapeutics. She also co-founded and sits on the Board of Directors of Sevenless Therapeutics, a small molecule pain company, and is a Non-Executive Director for the UK BioIndustry Association. Previously, Olivia was an Investment Principal at SV Health Investors and a Partner with McKinsey & Company where she was part of the leadership team in the Healthcare Private Equity and Pharmaceutical practices. Olivia is passionate about promoting entrepreneurship and diversity in Life Sciences. She has been a proud member of the Cancer Research Horizons Seed Fund Investment Committee since 2019 and thoroughly enjoys being educated on a diverse spectrum of ground-breaking scientific innovations.
