Cancer Research UK and NovalGen dose the first patient in the Phase 1 trial of T-cell engager NVG-222

Cancer Research UK and NovalGen have dosed the first patient in a Phase 1 trial of NVG-222 for ROR1-positive blood cancers. NVG-222 is a bispecific T-cell engager (ROR1 × CD3) using NovalGen’s AutoRegulation technology to improve safety and sustain T-cell activity. The UK trial, led at University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, will enrol patients nationwide and uses an adaptive design to evaluate dosing, treatment strategy and biomarkers.
