Agnes Martin
Associate Director, Mechanistic Pharmacology
About Agnes
Agnes leads the multi-disciplinary Mechanistic Pharmacology team to provide hit discovery expertise, including assay development, HTS, fragment screening, and sample management, as well as structure activity and kinetic relationship profiling, and mechanistic insight. This is achieved through a combination of enzymology, biophysics, and quantitative cell biology.
Prior to joining Cancer Research Horizons in 2013, Agnes acquired enzymology and assay development experience across biotech, contract research, and pharma at Astex Pharmaceuticals, Quotient Bioresearch, and Merck Sharp & Dohme. Agnes completed her PhD in pharmacology at the University of Cambridge.
