The opportunity
The S:CORT dataset contains transcriptomics, genomics, epigenetic data and pathology assembled from over 1300 patients across a range of clinical trials in colorectal cancer.
For the majority of patients, gene panel, RNA array, H&E slides and methylation analysis was performed.
The dataset contains late-stage cancer patients treated with a variety of different treatments including radiotherapy, chemotherapy and targeted treatments such as irinotecan and cetuximab, all collected from large UK based clinical trials. It also includes a small cohort of pre-cancerous and early-stage cancer patients.
All data was collected as part of the S:CORT Consortium and is available for non-exclusive licensing. Access is subject to review and approval by a data access committee.
