What is the Project Development Fund?

We have a Project Development Fund to help kick-start your project or bridge a gap to get your project to the next stage.

Projects funded by this should aim to answer key questions that are inhibiting further commercial development. For example, the funding can be used for in vivo proof of concept studies, key reagent or product generation, or market research.

What does the Project Development Fund provide?

This fund provides early-stage validation and pre-seed capital to help bridge the gap between a new idea and some validating data.

Our team will also give you advice on how to best way to use the funding and guide you through the next steps of commercialisation.

Eligibility

Proposals should have a clearly defined endpoint that is achievable in the short to medium term. We don't restrict types of proposals, but they must be consistent with Cancer Research Horizons' vision and purpose.

How to apply?

Reach our to your local Search & Evaluation representative to develop an application. They will help you develop the key questions you have before you take your project to the next level and help determine the best approach to answering them.
