About Nathalie
Nathalie Dhomen is a cancer cell biologist by training and currently appointed as a Translation Executive at Cancer Research Horizons, where she identifies, evaluates and advances innovative life sciences technologies arising from academic research across the UK. With a decade in academic research and an MBA from the Alliance Manchester Business School, she brings extensive experience in oncology research and its commercial translation, managing a diverse portfolio spanning therapeutics, diagnostics, medical devices and digital health innovations. Nathalie works closely with academic and industry partners to support intellectual property protection, secure translational funding and progress early-stage discoveries towards commercialisation through licensing and spin-out formation.
Prior to this, Nathalie worked as a melanoma researcher at the CRUK Manchester Institute before taking up a joint role between The University of Manchester Innovation Factory and Cancer Research Horizons leading commercialisation and innovation activities for the Manchester Cancer Research Centre.
