About Neesha
Neesha is a scientist by training, with a background spanning cancer biology and genomics, including a PhD from the University of Cambridge. Alongside her doctorate she also gained experience across technology transfer, venture capital and business development. Following this she worked in life sciences strategy consulting at L.E.K., where she delivered commercial strategy and due diligence projects for pharmaceutical and biotech clients.
She has a strong interest in the application of AI to advance patient outcomes and accelerate therapeutic development and is particularly motivated by opportunities to drive innovation within the TechBio space. In her current role, Neesha focuses on translating and evaluating research data assets to enable high-impact partnerships and collaborations with pharmaceutical, biotech and AI-driven commercial organisations.
