About Oliver
Oliver is an investment analyst for Cancer Research Horizons. Oliver identifies and reviews exciting new cancer treatments and technologies for their potential as funding opportunities for the ventures team seed fund. He also supports Cancer Research UK researchers to maximise the impact of their research and improve patient outcomes via spinout formation.
Oliver joined Cancer Research Horizons in 2025. Prior to this, he worked within the Translational Research Office at the University of Oxford, to help accelerate early-stage translational research within the university. He has previous experience within life science consulting and held a post-doc position within the Neuromusculoskeletal Health and Science Lab at the University of Oxford. Oliver holds a DPhil in Clinical Neuroscience from the University of Oxford.
