About Tracey
Tracey is a cancer immunologist with deep expertise in non-clinical drug development and translational oncology. As Translation Manager at Cancer Research Horizons (since 2024), she oversees a portfolio of oncology projects and leads the identification, evaluation and advancement of early-stage therapeutics, biomarkers and platform technologies working in close partnership with academic and commercial collaborators to move innovations towards patient benefit. She also serves as theme lead for the identification and commercialisation of data and AI opportunities, to bridge sourcing and business development.
Prior to this, Tracey led non-clinical development programmes across industry and academia in ovarian and haematological cancers, spanning a range of therapeutic modalities, including small molecules, immunotherapies, and oncolytic viruses. She has extensive expertise in preclinical in vivo and in vitro studies, biomarker identification, pharmacology and toxicology programmes, and has contributed to regulatory and patent filings, as well as programmes that have advanced innovative cancer therapies from discovery through to early clinical development.
