Highlights
- Curated real-world NSCLC patient data from a world-leading UK cancer centre
- Dataset contains anonymised, high-quality clinical outcomes data and CT images from 730+ patients treated with 1st line PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitors
The opportunity
The real-world NSCLC dataset leverages a bespoke clinical record system, which enables the collection of structured anonymised patient health data and outcomes for use in further research. This resulted in the curation of a high-quality database containing clinical outcomes from 730+ patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer treated with 1st line PD-L1 checkpoint inhibitors, with associated CT images in ~80% of patients. The database contains longitudinal data tracking of treatment response under standard of care at a leading UK cancer centre.
The dataset is available for use in analysis of real-world data, including to inform patient risk stratification and guide treatment decisions. The data could also be used with machine learning models to help identify predictive and prognostic CT imaging biomarkers in NSCLC.
